Story of the wine:
Luigi Tana, winemaker and producer, has unveiled the highly-praised inaugural vintage and Estate of Borgo Tana established 2022. This new project celebrates lesser-known grape varieties from Southern Italy, including Maturano, Leccinaro, Giulia, and Cabernet d’Atina. Nestled in the hills of Frosinone, Lazio, Borgo Tana crafts a limited 4,000 bottles per wine, sourced exclusively from organic high-altitude vineyards, offering exceptional quality at a fair price. The grapes are meticulously chosen from hand-harvested vineyards with minimal intervention, located near the winery at an elevation of 720 meters, reflecting a commitment to excellence and longevity in their wines, whether it's Orange wine, natural wine, or table wine.
