Method of Production:

Hand-harvested at 22.3° Balling, the grapes underwent crushing, clarification, and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 18–20 days at 14°C. After fermentation, the wine was racked, blended, and bottled, with the first bottling on 3 April 2023.
