Viile Metamorfosis brand includes multiple grape varieties, both Romanian and international, a great example of wines produced out of our vineyards located in the Dealu Mare region. It consists mostly of mono-varietals, but it also includes a few blends such as this one. The winemaking style focuses on stating out the natural characteristics of each variety and its adaptation to our terroir. Wine maker Fiorenzo Rista, an Italian wine maker from Piedmont Italy took his opportunity in 2012 to come and explore Romanian soil and grape varieties. With an extensive wine making background in Barolo & Chianti his skills are clearly shown in this range of wines! An organic wine produced from two aromatic varieties, but vinified as dry. Paradoxically, it delights with its intense, fruity and slightly floral aromas, but in taste it surprises with freshness and balance. For those looking for contrasts.
