Method of Production:

Hand and machine-harvested at 24.8° Brix, the grapes underwent fermentation in rotation tanks at 22-25°C for seven days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for 9 months in a mix of 60% French and 40% American oak, with 40% new barrels. The wine was bottled in October, with a total of 20,300 bottles produced.
