Pale in color with some green highlights. The nose is quite subtle, with Verdejo bringing fresh notes of citrus, melon, and white flowers. The Macabeo, more aromatically neutral, adds texture to the mouth, giving the wine its balance.

Method of Production:
The harvest is done during the coolest hours, followed by direct pressing and cooling of the juices. Stabilization of the juices occurs on fine lees for 72 hours, after which fermentation begins at a controlled temperature. Vinification takes place in vats to preserve the fresh aromatic potential of Verdejo. The grape varieties are vinified separately, then blended after two months of ageing on lees, following the end of alcoholic fermentation. Bottling is done early to maintain freshness.
