Beautiful cherry red with purple hues. Finessed white mousse from the effervescence. On the nose, strong sweet cherry, red fruits like raspberry and slight lemon zest. Very pleasant, fresh and  bold on the nose. On palate, quite sweet, little effervescence, big plum and and morello cherry feel. nice acidity and very clean on the finish. Drinkability on this wine is very moreish!

Method of Production:
Grapes are harvested by machine and "recoltata" or gathered from neighbouring farms to meet at the press. Grapes are under slow pressing and cool temperatures to maintain acidity and freshness. Once slightly seperated from skins we move the material to stainless steel tank to start a "MPF" Mosto Parzialmente fermentato process. - Partially fermented must. Being partially ferment means, there is still quite a bit of sugar left which provides the sweetness and also keeps the alcohol low, making for an enjoyable desert wine and something worth trying.Wines stay in vat for 6 months prior to bottling.
