Method of Production:

Grapes are manually picked at the end of September. Winemaking took place in stainless steel tanks, where the fermentation happened at a temperature of 28 - 30°C. The pickling process took 3 weeks to end, thus gaining an intense colour and strong-tasting notes.Then transferred into small barrels where the malolactic fermentation happened, and it stayed here 12 months for maturing French oak barrels.
