Vineyards with traditional grape varieties with an average age between 20 and 25 years in the Vila Nova de Tazem area. Smooth pressing. Must decanted naturally for 48 hours at 10°C. 60% of the must fermented in stainless steel at 18°C, 40% fermented in new 450L French oak barrels.
