Beautifully deep ruby red colour with purple hues. On the nose bold notes of blackberries, plums and over ripe berries with balsamic and black pepper notes. In the mouth it is evenly weighted, round and and persistent. Violets and blackberries at first hit the nose, then the sweet musky floral notes with a mature strawberry hint to finish. On the palate, the wine sits medium to heavy weighted with bright fruit from the start. Slowly developing into big bold blackberries and liquorice with little hint of a grassy finish. Medium acidity and complexity with huge drinkability factor. Great example of local and designated primitivo. Suitable for Vegan diet.
