Method of Production:
Grapes are harvested from warm Californian vineyards where Zinfandel develops ripe berry flavours. After picking, the grapes are gently pressed with only short skin contact to achieve the pale rosé colour. Fermentation takes place at controlled cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit aromas. The wine is made in an unoaked, fruit-forward style and bottled young to retain its bright, juicy character.
